SusTern™ Inc. (the “SusTern™”, “we”, “us”, “our” and terms of similar meaning) takes your privacy rights very seriously. 2. What Information We Collect

Personal Information, provided, directly or indirectly, by you to us and associated with you and/or your account, including the following:
Your Account Information. When registering for a User Account or as you access or use the Services, from time to time, you may give us information that we can reasonably use to directly or indirectly identify you and verify your identity. This information may include your username, password, date of birth, email address and/or telephone number, information you disclose in your user profile, and your profile photograph. Where possible, we indicate which information is required and which information is optional.
Technical Information. We collect Technical Information to facilitate your use of the Services. Technical information includes your browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, or information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Services (e.g. device identifier and features, operating system, or your mobile carrier), and usage details. In addition, where you log in from multiple devices, we will be able to use your Account Information to identify your activity across devices. Location. We use location services made available online by other platforms, which allow location-based applications and websites, like our Website, to use data from internet service providers, cellular, Wi-Fi and Global Positioning System (GPS) networks to determine your approximate location. We use location services to facilitate the ordinary operation of the Services, including tracking the location of Users and displaying that Data to other Users in order to facilitate relevant communications through the Services.
User Content. We process the content you generate, create, upload, or on the Services, including preferences you set, photographs, and audiovisual material you upload or create, and all interactions with our Services inclusive of communications with our platform.
Behavioral Information. We also collect information about you when you engage with the Services in connection with your use of the Services, e.g., how you engage with the Services, including how you interact with content, the ads you view, the content you like, and problems encountered. We also infer your preferences from your interaction with the Services and User Content for the purpose of personalizing content and generally improving our content presentation. We do not store credit/debit card payment methods or banking information on our servers.
Non-Personal Information, that does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity or directly relate to or is associated with an identifiable individual, such as demographic information, or statistical or aggregated information. Statistical or aggregated data does not directly identify a specific person, but we may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from Personal Information. For example, we may aggregate Personal Information to calculate the percentage of Users accessing a specific Website feature or Services.

We will likewise share certain information with the relevant third party such as your app ID, access token and the referring URL. If you choose to allow a third-party service to access your User Account, we will share certain information about you with the third party. Depending on the permissions you grant, the third party may be able to obtain your account information and other information you choose to provide.

7. Processing, Transferring, and Storing Your Personal Information
We may transfer Personal Information that we collect or that you provide as described in this Privacy Policy to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business (such as analytics and search engine providers that assist us with the Services improvement and optimization or third-party payment providers) and who are contractually obligated to keep Personal Information confidential, use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them, and to process the Personal Information with the same standards set out in this Privacy Policy.
We may process, store, and transfer your Personal Information in and to a foreign country, with different privacy laws that may or may not be as comprehensive as Canadian law. Applicable law may allow or require us to refuse to provide you with access to some or all of the Personal Information that we hold about you, or we may have destroyed, erased, or made your Personal Information anonymous in accordance with our record retention obligations and practices. If we cannot provide you with access to your Personal Information, we will inform you of the reasons why, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions.
